    1. I want to change my delivery address?

    You cannot change your delivery address when your order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you want to change your address before dispatching.

    2. I want to change my product?

    Before the order is dispatched, cancel the order on the website and place the order again with the desired product.

    3. How do I track my order details?

    An email and an SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    4. Can I still order normally in COVID?

    We are still taking your online orders.

    5. How do I know my order is confirmed?

    Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

    6. Can I amend my order?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.
